Since 2005, DJ Makala directs his weekly Boom Shaka Laka
radio show in the waves of the Gaztea station, channel part of the group
EITB (Basque Public Radio-TV).
The one-hour radio program is broadcast live every weekend since 17 seasons,
and also you can listen the podcasts thru EITB web link, as well as on the usual
podcast platforms such as: Ivoox, Apple, Google,…
The Boom Shaka Laka program has its own blog where you can listen
the content of the program and consult the lists of the songs accompanied
by the album covers.
During these years, DJ Makala has also collaborated as broadcaster
and musical selector in other programs such as Aperitifa, Faktoria & Amarauna
in the main Basque language radio station Euskadi Irratia, channel part
of the group EITB (Basque Public Radio-TV).
Currently collaborates on the summer radio programs La Terraza del Mar & Nada Original on Radio Euskadi (EITB) along with journalist Joseba Martin.
